Soil Improvement & Roadworks
Supply, installation, testing, commissioning excavation, cutting backfilling, compaction works, and construction of base and sub-base layers & Construction and development of roads, including excavation, embankment, base layers, asphalting, road markings, signage, and all required to project specifications, and final handover.
Sewage System
Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover all connections, fittings, valves, parts, pipes, fans, floor drainage, inspection chambers, manholes and all necessary for the execution of the sewerage system as well as the discharge of water resulting from the condensation of the air conditioners. the work includes the design and execution of sewage treatment and purification plants, which shall be of the closed type. The work includes lifting stations, system pumps, connections, valves and concrete tanks with the required capacities with all related components (buildings and mechanical works).
Street Lighting
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of street lighting poles, including their foundations and lights. The scope also includes the installation and connection of all necessary cables to ensure full functionality of the street lighting system, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Stormwater System
Supply, installation of the surface water drainage system, including all required connections. Installation of materials, backfilling, testing, commissioning to ensure proper functionality, and final handover.
Power Distribution
Supply, installation of substation and ring main units RMU testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Water Network
Supply, installation Excavation, pipe installation, residential connections, irrigation systems, construction of inspection chambers, network testing and handover.
Electrical Work
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning the MV and LV cables to all the main distribution boards MDB - LV PANEL, the submain distribution board SMDB, the connection panels PELLAR, and even the control panels in power and lighting DB -LP and DB - PP for buildings including all installation requirements of pipes, manholes, electricity meters and all necessary. All works are executed in compliance with SCECO’s requirements, ensuring approval and seamless handover to SCECO and the project owner, while strictly adhering to the schedules of quantities.
Landscaping (Hardscape and Softscape)
Supply, installation of interlock Pathways, borders, curbstone, irrigation system, plants, and grass testing & commissioning, and final handover.
Irrigation Systems
Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover of the irrigation system consists of special irrigation pipes for this purpose with hand-held valves, electric motor control valves (Solenoids), required circuit breakers and pumps, control panels and manholes. The implementation carried out by providing the possibility of timing of the irrigation system to operate automatically, the implementation fed by treated wastewater from a sewage treatment plant
Fire Extinguishing Network
Supply, installation, excavation, and final handover of fire extinguishing network through the implementation of water network from the pump room to the various buildings and to the fire hydrant valves along with valve rooms of PIV and at distribution and outlet points, the execution of Thrust Block and execution of fire water networks inside the buildings, the required sprinklers, control valves, etc. execution of fire system of type (CO2) operates automatically designed and executed of clean fire suppression systems FM 200 & NOVEC 1230 for pump room requirements.
Telecommunications Network
Supply, installation, and maintenance, of a complete telecommunications infrastructure system, installation of telephone lines, internet connections, testing, commissioning to ensure proper functionality and final handover.
